Educate

We seek to provoke discussion and reflection on the roles of the individual against and within society. We seek to understand why it is necessary and how to act. Because the concept of sustainable development membership meeting almost unanimous among individuals who understood the rationale and objectives,

Because the idea of sustainable development is a catalyst of individual thought and reflection group, because it is complex to bring the abstract concept and concrete actions possible for an organization or an individual

Because sustainable development is a new theme, but which is already recognized as a major concern both globally and locally,

Because soon the organizations that do not engage in this way will be found under the case or competitive challenge is at odds with their original mission,

ECO2 Initiative provides assistance in the form of presentations, the awareness of sustainable development, its major issues and its implementation.

One to two players participate in each seminar, so that sessions are more varied and lead to public sensibilities and experiences sharing .

The duration of sessions can vary from 2 hours to 2 days, depending on your needs and goals expected.

Train

A CSR strategy or Agenda 21 is an asset in terms of adhesion, cohesion and motivation of employees around unifying values and creative direction. However, these strategies should ensure consistency of messages and actions. Training is therefore a crucial step in the declination of the strategy at each level of the organization.

Within an organization, no change is real without membership collaborators. The issue is not so much to do but to understand the importance of new "ways of doing things" while contributing to their development. This is to align strategy and work colleagues. The strategy of sustainable development is not the sole responsibility of the officer or elected. It cuts across all departments of the organization. The challenge is that each employee, while meeting its mission, helping to drive forward this strategy : drive, measure, see, evaluate.

To take into account the specificities of each type of organization and activity, we developed an approach based both on the managerial operational :

• Change management : new challenges, new partners, new incentives and regulatory instruments ;
• Governance and leadership ;
• The CSR policy or axes Agenda 21 in the modes of management : the finance divisions, procurement, environment, human resources, marketing, sales, research, technical services ...
• Measure, evaluate and extend the overall performance.

Communication

Communication is the action pool. For an organization - whatever its size - responsible communication means sharing and wide opening. Are you ready for it ?

To take into account the specificities of each type of organization and activity, we developed an approach based on a mix between listening and innovation :

• Define the objectives of the proposed communication : to inform, educate, expose, share ;
• Identify target audiences internally and externally ;
• Determine a communications plan taking into account the objectives and characteristics of each target audience ;
• Offering kits and functional communication adapted to both organizations and their targets.
